I have a secret…

Two weeks of sweet and blood (no tears yet) and I’ve finally completed my first business plan. I had no idea it was going to be so hard.

So I’m now officially in “stealth mode”. :) Sounds cool huh? Let me know if you wanna know my secret plans to take over the world and I might leak something if I’m in a good mood or incredibly drunk.

Next stop – get funding. Looks like I should probably take a look at these guys that John Cook interviewed. Hot off the press! Great timing.

IPhone vs Samurai Noodles

Today I found myself with the unfathomable urge to get some Chinatown lunch action – specifically samurai noodles – and for the first time in a long time, had to think about whether it was worth it to pay an additional $2.50 to take the bus to cross the bridge to get to my noodles. Ah, the days of the awesome Zillow/metro flex pass to travel the world are no more.

$2.50? No way. I’m Asian. My days in Seattle will now be limited. Stupid bus fare. I mean seriously, think about it. 3 months of commute to Seattle would buy me an iphone.

East Link

All this got me thinking… I really hope they approve and build the East Link Light Rail for us Eastsiders over here. Here’s the best brochure I’ve seen about the proposed route. Maybe that’ll help me get my Samurai Noodles for a little bit cheaper. I still want an IPhone though.

My First Step

I finally did it. I quit Zillow – possibly one of the best companies to work for. I’m an idiot.

That was last Friday. Today is Monday, which means today is my first official day of umemployment. First days need to be extra special – so at the request of my very good friend Mr HaukeG, Lead Awesomeness X-Designer at Zillow, I’m starting the legendary “Tiger Blog”. DavidG/Drew would be proud.

Don’t worry PR, the Tiger Blog will have very little to do with Zillow, and very much to do with my random musings about life, passion, challenges, failures, and chasing your dreams. (This basically means I have no clue what I’m going to write about. I’m a blog newb, give me a break)

I’ve always found it useful to listen to those witty Chinese philosophers, so here goes nothing:
