		<description><![CDATA[Great post, Brian. The only nit I have is the reference to the PayPal and eBay deal. According to the PayPal Wars, this was not a deal as much a strategic game of cat-and-mouse between two super-competitive companies. That book is a great read.

A person may have a great business idea but lack passion to execute. The analogy I often use is, passion is like the fuel that powers our car. You may own a Ferrari (i.e., &quot;world-changing-idea&quot;), but, without the required fuel your car&#039;s not going anywhere.
